Returns

We would like you to be satisfied with our products. Is a product unfortunately not what you expected and would you like to return it? No problem, you can return an item to us within 30 days.

What are the return conditions?

You can return an item to us within 30 days. Items should - if reasonably possible - be returned in a sturdy cardboard shipping box (preferably the original box). We therefore advise to always open the shipping box and original packaging carefully, so that you can use it again if you want to return the order. The following return conditions apply to orders placed on www.crespocompfort.com:

• The return takes place within 30 days of purchase
• Products can only be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, complete with accessories / parts and in the original packaging.
• If a product is damaged or defective, please inform us immediately so that we can find a solution with you.
• When you return an order, do not forget to add the return form (otherwise your return cannot be processed).
• Always request and keep the shipping receipt in case the package is accidentally lost.

If you return an order that does not meet the above conditions, the order will unfortunately be returned to you. 

Refund

You have returned your items to us. When do you get your money back? We explain it below.

• The refund will always be made as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after you have made use of your right of withdrawal. The refund will be made in the same way as your payment.
• The refund will be made after we have received and checked the return.
• As soon as your return has been processed you will receive an e-mail.
• If you return the entire order to us, we will also refund any shipping costs paid with your order.
• If you return only part of the order, you will not be refunded any shipping costs paid.
